Angular Directions is partnering with a unique Canadian company to find a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to drive their operation in Ottawa. This company is dedicated to optimizing e-commerce, managing risk, and analyzing data, and we're excited to help them find the ideal candidate with strong foundations in SQL and Tableau.
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will join a dynamic team and help drive business intelligence initiatives forward. With our new office opening in Ottawa, successful applicants will work 3 or 4 days per week on-site.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyze data from various sources.
- Design, build, and deploy Tableau reports and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups to understand their business requirements.
- Support the continuous improvement of data quality and reporting processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience with Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation, as well as SQL knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience with agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
