Job Title: Investment Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Investment Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an Investment Analyst, you will collaborate with investment professionals, entrepreneurs, operators, and technologists to drive growth for R-LABS and our venture companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster relationships with current and potential Limited Partners (LPs) to identify their specific needs and opportunities.
  • Manage partnerships with key service providers, including lawyers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage ongoing and future capital and corporate development activity, supporting our existing venture companies in developing and executing their capital-raising strategies.
  • Expand and share knowledge of the real estate technology sector and the Canadian and global capital and innovation landscape.
Requirements:
  • Experience in capital raising and corporate development functions, with a strong understanding of investment-related topics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team, with a high degree of autonomy.
About the Role

This is an in-office position based in downtown Toronto. As an Investment Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work alongside leading entrepreneurs and innovators to identify problems in real estate and co-create purpose-driven companies.
