About the Role

Fidelity Investments is seeking a highly skilled Investment Analyst to join our Private Wealth Investment Management Group. As an Investment Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing investment research, due diligence support, and portfolio construction expertise to our Private Wealth clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of investment products and markets, including equity, fixed income, and alternative funds.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks, and provide recommendations to portfolio managers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including portfolio managers, traders, and clients.
  • Support the development and implementation of investment strategies and portfolio construction.
  • Provide high-quality investment commentary and analysis to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in investment management, with a focus on private wealth or institutional clients.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and VBA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • CFA Level 1 or CIM designation is a must-have, with designations such as an MBA or CFA a strong asset.
