Asset Protection Representative

Responsabilités
  • Détecter, détecter et appréhender les vols et les fraudes dans nos magasins
  • Collaborer avec d'autres représentants de la protection des actifs pour enquêter sur les cas d'ORC provinciaux ou nationaux
  • Collaborer régulièrement avec le service de police local
  • Détecter et enquêter sur les investigations internes ; compiler et présenter des preuves pour le but de la cour ou de l'arbitrage
  • Détecter et identifier les opportunités de perte potentielles dans notre noyau opérationnel de conformité
  • Construire et maintenir des partenariats de magasin à travers les réunions de gestion et les rassemblements ; former et guider les collègues sur les politiques et les procédures de protection des actifs
  • Participer à des audits de niveau de magasin
  • Participer à des événements communautaires
  • Disponible pour travailler à divers horaires, y compris jours, soirs, nuits et week-ends (40 heures de travail par semaine)
Compétences, qualifications et expérience requises
  • Licence de garde de sécurité provinciale valide requise
  • Compréhension de base du Code criminel du Canada, de la Loi sur les troubles à autrui et des pouvoirs d'arrestation et des systèmes de surveillance CCTV et/ou
  • Démarche professionnelle, amicale et approchable.
  • Un haut degré d'initiative et d'intégrité est requis pour réussir dans un environnement dynamique
