We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at MARY\u0027S MOTEL. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Team Leadership: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Operations: Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supply Chain: Requisition materials and supplies to ensure our motel runs smoothly.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
- Personal Qualities: Dependability, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
- Newcomers and Refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment.
- Youth: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment.
- Indigenous People: Provides cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees.
Working Conditions: 32 to 40 hours per week, permanent position, English language, and a dynamic work environment.
