Motel Operations Manager

Mary's Motel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Assist guests with special needs, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Operations: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Personal Suitability: Dependability, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
Our motel is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and we are looking for someone who is able to work well under pressure and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 32 hours per week and will be expected to be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
