Salary and Benefits


The estimated salary for this position ranges from $59.59/Hr. to $85.65/Hr., CAD, based on industry standards in Vancouver.



About the Role


We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of acute care programs, ensuring the quality and efficiency of clinical services.



Key Responsibilities



  • Lead a management team to coordinate the delivery of health services across multiple clinical programs/units;
  • Oversee the operations management, utilization, and risk management of clinical programs/units;
  • Develop and implement strategies to link clinical services with community health programs;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions between acute care and community health services.


Qualifications and Skills



  • Baccalaureate (Masters preferred) in a relevant healthcare profession, supplemented by leadership and business management courses, and 10 years' experience in clinical leadership;
  • Current registration/membership with a recognized professional association;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in team management and conflict resolution;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and staff; and
  • Familiarity with computerized patient care information systems.
