Software Engineering Lead, Private Equity Solutions

The Team You'll Work WithYou'll join a team of experienced professionals who have identified a significant opportunity in Private Equity, providing real-time, intelligent insights into their investments and portfolio management.
The Problems You'll Solve- Improve the scalability and reliability of our proprietary framework for financial modeling and analysis.
- Develop secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions for Private Equity firms, their investors, lawyers, and portfolio companies.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our engineering organization, delivering better developer experience, scalability, and reliability.
- Design, develop, and deploy highly available, secure, and scalable financial platforms.
- Implement test-driven development (TDD) and maintain high levels of code coverage and automation.
- Conduct thorough peer code review and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor and analyze system performance and business metrics to inform product decisions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to help them grow and develop their skills.
- You have 4+ years of experience in full-stack or backend engineering, with a strong foundation in software development principles.
- You are passionate about becoming a product domain expert and refining ambiguous product requirements to deliver business value.
- You have experience working with complex SaaS products, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and microservices.
- You are excited to work with stakeholders across engineering, product, business, and marketing to drive business outcomes.
- You possess excellent communication skills and are able to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- You are able to balance the need for speed with the need for quality and long-term sustainability.
- You are committed to creating a positive and inclusive team culture that values diversity and psychological safety.
