Skid Steer Equipment Operator

Clintar Winnipeg is seeking a skilled Skid Steer Operator to join our team. As a Skid Steer Operator, you will be responsible for operating a skid steer to clear snow and ice from roadways, parking lots, and other designated areas. This is a part-time, on-call position that requires flexibility and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Operate a skid steer to clear snow and ice from roadways, parking lots, and other designated areas.
- Maintain clean sites and ensure no property damage during snow removal.
- Respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions.
- Maintain communication with supervisors or dispatch to report road conditions, progress, and any issues encountered.
- Work in challenging weather conditions, including cold temperatures, snowstorms, and potentially at night, to ensure timely snow removal.
- Maintain records of work completed, including time logs, equipment maintenance records, and reports on materials used.
- Load own truck and provide professional service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- 3 years of experience in a previous snow removal role.
- Flexible hours, often overnight, including weekends and holidays.
- On-call availability from November to April.
- Cell phone data with data required.
