Security Operations Manager

Mount Alverno Resort and Retreat is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and coordinate the work of security guards to ensure adequate coverage and effective response to security incidents.
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working order.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent and respond to security incidents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to security and safety.
- Provide training and guidance to security guards on security procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and report on security incidents and trends to management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
- Security Guard License.
- CPR Certificate.
- First Aid Certificate.
This is a permanent full-time position working 35 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
