Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team in Fort McMurray, AB. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of compliance on all equipment, controlling and coordinating all applicable documentation, and implementing additional quality control measures as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all CAS system work adheres to OEM, internal, and customer specifications as per documentation.
  • Conduct assessments on all CAS installations to identify opportunities for improvement in the installation process.
  • Identify and document all defects in the installation process.
  • Provide product reliability, customer concerns, and potential opportunity feedback to various departments within the company and OEMs.
  • Follow all customer and internal safety policies and procedures.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for each CAS installation, including installation checklists and verification reports.
  • Compile comprehensive reports outlining the status for each installation, noting any deviations or challenges encountered.
  • Facilitate the sign-off process for completed installations by obtaining necessary approvals from project stakeholders and clients.
  • Ensure that all required documentation is properly completed, accurate, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to ensure CAS installations adhere to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with installations to address any discrepancies or issues during the installation process and the project team to work on optimizing overall efficiency of CAS installations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive actions based on QA/QC findings and any quality concerns.

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year's previous Document Control experience.
  • Previous experience in quality assurance and/or quality control is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and address deviations from established standards.
  • Understanding of installation procedures and best practices for electronic systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple installations simultaneously.
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining detailed documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and safely with diverse teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant Certifications in Quality Management are considered an asset.
  • Valid Class 5/G driver's license.
