About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our team at Deep - Electrical Supply Ltd. as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice on merchandise and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain sales records for inventory control. Assist in displaying merchandise and preparing products for purchase or rental.
  • Team Collaboration: Supervise staff, train new employees, and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, process orders, and re-order stock as needed.
  • Store Operations: Ensure a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous retail sales experience is an asset.
  • Work Environment: Willing to relocate and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a dynamic retail setting.
