Dermatology Territory Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Dermatology Territory Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our prescription dermatology biologics and achieving sales goals in the Oakville/Niagara/Hamilton region.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering sales performance and brand KPIs to meet or exceed business objectives
- Acquiring and maintaining expertise in brand/segment strategy and tactics, providing expert product knowledge
- Planning and executing effective sales calls/activities on targeted HCPs (dermatologists and allergists)
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Collaborating with internal/external key stakeholders to anticipate customer needs and support solution development
- Representing Galderma at trade shows, conventions, and other meetings
- Performing administrative tasks timely and accurately
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven specialty sales success in a quota-driven role, with preference given to experience in dermatology, specialty/medical device sales, and biologics
- Demonstrated strong track record of consistent documented success
- Advanced clinical knowledge of complex immunological pathways targeted by Bx
- Evidence-based medicine proficiency in interpreting clinical trial data
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
- Proficiency in MS Office in a Windows environment and familiarity with sales tracking and reporting software
