Job Title: Bookkeeper

Focus Foods Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and ensuring the company's financial statements are up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Repetitive tasks

We offer a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
