Webever Technologies is seeking a skilled Admissions Counselor to play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the application and admission process.

As an Admissions Counselor, you will be responsible for representing the institution to potential students and their families, providing them with the information and support needed to make informed decisions about their education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Outreach: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of prospective students.
  • Represent the institution at college fairs, high schools, community events, and online platforms.
  • Conduct informational sessions, campus tours, and one-on-one meetings with prospective students and their families.
  • Application Process Support: Assist prospective students throughout the application process, providing guidance on admissions requirements, deadlines, and documentation.
  • Review and evaluate applications to determine eligibility and provide recommendations for admission decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless admission process.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, responding to inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide personalized follow-up with prospective students to encourage application completion and enrollment.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, application status, and other relevant information in the admissions database.

  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the admissions team to achieve enrollment goals.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of admissions processes and student experiences.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or student services is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with admissions software or CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel for recruitment events and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
