Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Specialist to join our team As a key member of our program operations team, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Program Director, ensuring the smooth operation of our programs.

Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Program Support: Provide administrative support for project planning and execution, including tracking project initiatives and monitoring progress.">
  3. Communications: Coordinate communications, manage schedules, and maintain databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.">
  4. Data Analysis: Conduct preliminary data analysis, generate reports, and identify trends and patterns in data sets.">
  5. Documentation: Draft and edit reports, presentations, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and visual appeal.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ">
  • Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.">
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in administrative support or equivalent.">
  • Skills: Basic data analysis skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, time management and organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, computer skills in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).">
