\Job Description
\The Project Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Capital Management team, working with project managers on capital project approvals, purchase orders, reporting, invoicing, budgeting, and other tasks. The role involves supporting the department in delivering consolidated project status reporting, assisting with project forecasting exercises, and maintaining document storage.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Provide administrative support to the Capital Management team
- Work with project managers on capital project approvals, purchase orders, reporting, invoicing, budgeting, and other tasks
- Support the department in delivering consolidated project status reporting
- Assist with project forecasting exercises and annual capital budget process
- Maintain document storage, including contracts and close-out documents
Requirements
\To be successful in this role, you will need 3+ years of experience in project administration, analysis, or coordination, supporting medium to large construction, development, or servicing projects. A diploma or university degree in a related field is also required, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
