Job Title: Senior Demand Planner Hybrid

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Demand Planner Hybrid to join our team at Techo-Bloc. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales forecasting process, guiding production and distribution planning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain 12-month forecasts using statistical methods and data analysis;
  • Collaborate with sales managers to gather market insights and trends;
  • Participate in the monthly Sales and Operations Plan (S&OP) to align sales objectives and establish sales strategies;
  • Analyze variances between actual sales and forecasts to identify areas for improvement;
  • Assist in establishing inventory targets and production capacity plans;
  • Identify and resolve conflicts related to supply, demand, and capacity availability;
  • Propose product life cycles and forecasts for new products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, statistics, or related field;
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in demand planning and analysis;
  • Knowledge of statistics and forecasting;
  • Experience with R, Python, and VBA (an asset);
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems;
  • APICS - CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) is an asset;
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to deadlines;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
