About the Role

This Outside Sales Representative position requires a driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with new and repeat customers. Your ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities will be crucial in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase income and revenue, managing client relationships, generating leads, and qualifying prospects.
  • Forecast sales, create innovative sales approaches, and evaluate their effectiveness to optimize results.
  • Cultivate daily calls and face-to-face meetings with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
  • Become an expert in key product lines, staying up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to better understand customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales leads and customer accounts, ensuring seamless follow-up and relationship development.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of our products or services, enabling them to make informed financial and professional decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 5 years of experience in a similar field highly valued.
  • Proven track record of overachieving sales quota, demonstrating strong phone presence and conversation initiation skills.
  • Familiarity with various sales techniques, pipeline management, and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a self-motivated and driven attitude.
  • Strong MS Office skills, with a valid driver's license for frequent travel requirements.
