Overview

Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $55,000 per year

About the Job

The Customer Service Ambassador will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner;
  • Greeting and checking-in guests, handling room assignments and any other related tasks;
  • Assisting with special requests, such as arranging airport transportation or making restaurant reservations;
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to hotel standards and policies;
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends;
  • Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and ability to learn new software quickly;
