Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Family Caregiver to provide high-quality childcare in a home setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.

Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning tasks
  • Shop for food and household supplies
  • Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
  • Wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Prepare children for rest periods
  • Supervise and care for children
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children
Requirements
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Organized and reliable
  • Team player
  • Experience an asset
Work Environment
