About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Home Support Workers, providing high-quality in-home care services to seniors in the Richmond and Delta areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks
  • Assist with dementia care, personal care, and other specialized care needs
  • Transport clients to appointments and engage in outings
  • Provide overnight care and respite care services
Requirements
  • Ability to speak and write well in English
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently or as part of a team
  • Reliability and dependability
  • Ability to take the bus and/or drive to work
  • Must live in the Richmond/Delta BC Area or immediate vicinity
  • A smartphone with data is necessary for scheduling and reporting purposes
  • A criminal record check is required
