Job Summary

MERCURY IMMIGRATION CONSULTANCY INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to promote immigration services.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional client service.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining inventory.
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in an immigration-related field.
  • Knowledge of Google Docs and other productivity tools.
