Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager/Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our customers in Manitoba and promoting our world-leading machine tool lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new customer opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Grow and manage existing accounts by establishing primary contacts and building strong relationships
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Proactively work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Actively promote our vendor-managed inventory/integrated supply program
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-driven mindset
  • Machining experience required
  • Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and mechanical abilities
  • Positive and optimistic outlook with a willingness to take direction
Preferred Qualifications
  • Machinist background
  • Knowledge of the products we represent
  • Experience with CRM software
