Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and safe food handling practices.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
- Hire and manage food service staff to meet the needs of our restaurant.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of our restaurant.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, with regular breaks to maintain your physical and mental well-being.
Language:English is the primary language spoken in our restaurant, and proficiency in English is required for this role.Work Term:
