Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Liverpool Pizzeria & Lounge. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition and Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and hire food service staff.
- Quality Control and Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintain records of work schedules, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work under pressure, stand for extended periods, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
