Job Title: Personal Lines Broker Service

We are seeking a skilled Personal Lines Broker to join our team at the FamGuard Group of Companies.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, building on existing products, and introducing new services to drive sales and retention of existing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement contact plans to identify customer needs and introduce new products and services.
  • Create a trusting environment that fosters new sales opportunities and retention of existing business.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall business improvement.
  • Process account changes, maintain customer documentation, and prepare correspondence.
  • Accurately maintain logs of quotes completed, sales completed, and days worked.
  • Stay up-to-date on company underwriting guidelines and changing markets.
Requirements
  • AIC/RIBO license or willingness to obtain within the first 60 days of employment.
  • 3 days in office for the first 6 months.
  • Other national licensing is considered an asset.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in personal lines, automobile, and property insurance.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
