Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to support our Store Management team in driving retail excellence, strong sales results, and an engaging customer experience. As a Performance Management Lead, you'll be responsible for handling customer concerns efficiently, creatively supporting store operations, and communicating effectively with your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape a customer-focused store experience by coaching Customer Consultants to drive customer engagement through our products, campaigns, and activism.
  • Ensure development of customer loyalty to further build The Body Shop brand.
  • Meet sales and performance targets.
  • Identify and attract high-potential candidates and develop current team members to succeed in their goals.
  • Support training and onboarding of new Customer Consultants.
Requirements
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, and work flexible hours.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Training hours for you and your team as needed.
  • Ability to make connections with Community Partners to drive local activism.
