As a Senior Manager, Performance Management Transformation, you will play a key role in transforming our performance management function for Transformation & Enterprise Operations (TEO). This team employs approximately 2,000 members across Canada, and your expertise will be instrumental in driving change and improvement.

What is the Opportunity?

As a Senior Manager, Performance Management Transformation, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of our performance management function. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive change. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring that our performance management function is aligned with the needs of the business and that we are able to measure and improve performance effectively.
