Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support L2/L3 professional to join our team at Capgemini. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement SRE solutions to improve monitoring, alerting, and anomaly detection.
  • Design and build repeatable solutions to simplify development and automate manual tasks.
  • Enable SRE components and manage applications hosted on Azure and OpenShift.
  • Provide production support, including off-hours support and rotational on-call support.
  • Assist in incident management and problem management for applications in scope.
  • Maintain technology currency and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the field.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Azure, Dynatrace/ELK/Splunk, Ansible, and Catchpoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
