**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop strategic business plans to help shape the future of our clinical practices in the BC Region.
  • Lead change initiatives and develop and implement clinic performance improvement plans to drive excellence.
  • Lead the training and professional development of our veterinary teams and staff, and oversee recruitment efforts.
  • Develop, maintain, and promote adherence to hospital policies and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Track, monitor, and evaluate overall key hospital performance metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Manage the scheduling of doctors and staff to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Manage inventory to ensure appropriate stocking and pricing.

**Requirements**

  • You will be an essential part of the clinical leadership team and an advocate for the patient, employee, and customer experience every day.
  • You will take initiative and have a reputation for getting things done, with a focus on delivering results.
  • You will lead with empathy and true heart leadership, and have a strong commitment to excellence.
  • You will have a university degree in a relevant field, such as management, medicine, or science.
  • You will have previous experience in a managerial role with a team of at least 10 to 20 people.
  • You will have previous experience in veterinary medicine or a healthcare field, which is an asset.
  • You will have previous experience managing multiple locations within the service industry.
  • You will be willing to regularly commute to different locations.
