We are a dynamic and fast-paced company looking for a skilled Dining Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for performing various tasks in our fast-paced kitchen environment, including cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing food, as well as handling supplies and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables
- Carefully transport linen
- Clean and sanitize critical items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units
- Thoroughly clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
- Efficiently load buspans and trays
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
- Place dishes in storage areas
- Restock condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- Carefully scour pots and pans
- Accurately keep records of the quantities of food used
- Packaging take-out food
- Portion and wrap foods
- Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
- Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars
- Clean and sanitize our kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
- Hazard-free handle and store cleaning products
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
- Dispose of kitchen garbage and trash
- Maintain sharpness on kitchen knives
- Fully sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
- Rinse, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit

Compensation and Benefits
