About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Supervisor to join our team at Mon Cherie Salon Spa Inc. As a key member of our spa operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination

Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.

Equipment Maintenance

Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Staff Supervision

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, and provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Training and Development

Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
