About the Role

Gisborne Holdings Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sprinkler System Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of our sprinkler systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our plumbing and sprinkler installation teams
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with relevant regulations
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to meet project deadlines
  • Collaborate with our management team to identify and address any operational issues
  • Recruit, train, and develop our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the plumbing and sprinkler installation industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address operational issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards
