About the Role
As a Retail Store Supervisor at Savers, you will play a critical role in the success of our stores. You will be responsible for making important decisions that directly impact the success of your store every day, and continuously developing and empowering your team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.
