We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Gary Johal Holding Inc.
Job SummaryThe Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure effective task delegation
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
- Authorize payments, returns, and sales transactions
- Prepare sales reports, inventory management, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues
- Organize and maintain inventory, including stockroom management
- Supervise and coordinate activities of cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
