Job Description

The Diagnostic Imaging Clerk plays a vital role in supporting our clinical team by:



  • Scheduling diagnostic imaging examinations using the Radiology Information System (RIS)
  • Managing patient information, including registration and updates
  • Assisting patients with wheelchairs when needed
  • Providing digital images and films to physicians upon request
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of diagnostic imaging exams


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Grade 12 or recognized equivalent education
  • Previous PACS experience an asset
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Keyboard speed of 35 wpm
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to adapt to stressful situations


Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
