About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Search Partner to join our team at LHH Knightsbridge, a leading Canadian executive search firm. As a Partner, you will play a key role in expanding our national search practice and delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple search assignments, ensuring timely and quality delivery
  • Negotiate contracts and manage client and candidate expectations to the highest standards
  • Project management, including resource allocation, budgeting, and coaching team members
Requirements
  • Executive Search or equivalent business management and/or professional services sales experience
  • Credible relationships with senior sector leaders, with clear evidence of such relationships
