- Develop and apply advanced analytical skills to uncover key insights, driving business decisions and product roadmaps.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments to prove product change attribution, leveraging tools like SQL, R, and Python.
- Collaborate with product teams to develop models of usage, user behavior, and business behavior, informing product development and improvement.
- Doctorate in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field, with 1+ year of data science experience, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience in SQL, R, Python, or related tools for large-scale analysis.
- Preferred qualifications include experience as a data scientist for an online service, app, or website with millions of users, and a track record of innovative thinking and problem-solving skills using Big Data.
As a Senior Data Scientist at Microsoft, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of CAD $104,000 - CAD $193,200 per year, plus a range of benefits and perks, including industry-leading healthcare, educational resources, and opportunities to network and connect.
