About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Renodiz Flooring & Design Centre Inc. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supervising a team of customer service representatives, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Customer Service Representatives: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to customer service representatives to ensure they are meeting their performance goals and providing excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and provide solutions to customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure that customer needs are met and that the team is working efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, Noisy, Dusty
  • Work Setting: Construction, Various locations
  • Tasks: Supervise workers and projects, Co-ordinate and schedule activities, Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions, Operate CADD and other computer software systems, Estimate costs and materials, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Read blueprints and drawings, Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, Prepare sketches and models
  • Supervision: 3-4 people, Painters and decorators, Working groups, Kitchen cupboard and vanity installers, Trades helpers
  • Certificates, Licences, Memberships, and Courses: CADD Course
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: 20/20 design
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure
  • Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Safety glasses/goggles
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, Organized, Reliability, Team player
