Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Renodiz Flooring & Design Centre Inc. in Canada.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, recruiting and hiring workers, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, reliable, and a team player.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects
  • Coordinate and schedule activities
  • Recruit and hire workers
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Read blueprints and drawings
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Prepare sketches and models
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Organized and reliable
  • Team player
  • CADD Course
  • Criminal record check
Work Environment:

The Customer Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of painters, decorators, kitchen cupboard and vanity installers, and trades helpers. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and have excellent time management skills.
