Salary
The estimated salary for this position is between $38.580 and $50.070 per hour, based on the Pay Band Nurse A scale. This compensation package reflects the importance of skilled nursing professionals in our organization.
Job Description
As a Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RN/RPN) with our team, you will be responsible for promoting high-quality care through assessments, planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of patient needs. You will coordinate with various departments, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. Effective communication is crucial in this role, as you will be required to interact with patients, families, and staff members from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and document care interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent degree
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma or Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing degree
- Nursing diploma
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
