Key Responsibilities- Enter designated orders for the assigned region, confirming all details are updated and complete for dispatch with necessary information.
- Update customers on shipment status as requested and produce regular reports of status for selected accounts.
- Secure shipping and delivery appointments, updating them in the system with a prescribed lead time.
- Build relationships with shippers and consignees to manage appointment scheduling meeting customer and company needs.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and pleasantly.
This role requires:
- Prior experience in Transportation or Logistics is an asset.
