About the Role

Westburne is a leading provider of energy solutions, and we're seeking a skilled Project Quotations Specialist to join our team in Mississauga. As a key member of our quotations and project management team, you will play a crucial role in efficiently quoting new jobs that are out for tender.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison with vendors, contractors, and internal staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Obtain RFQs from partners and coordinate the layout of specifications, including electrical takeoffs from single-line diagrams and assembling lighting and distribution information packages.
  • Negotiate with key suppliers to obtain project pricing and ensure timely delivery.
  • Represent Westburne as a Brand Ambassador, building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills.
  • Prior quotations experience in a similar industry.
