Job Summary

Antigo Construction is seeking a skilled Masonry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing and laying bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry units. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the quality and durability of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate materials, tools, and equipment required for projects
  • Construct and install prefabricated masonry units
  • Prepare tenders and quotations
  • Build patios, garden walls, and other decorative installations
  • Read sketches and blueprints to calculate materials required
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages
  • Cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools
  • Instruct apprentices
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Team player with flexibility and dependability
Work Environment

As a Masonry Specialist, you will work outdoors in various locations, including residential and commercial sites. You will be exposed to wet/damp, noisy, dusty, and hot environments.
