Job Title: Project Quotations Specialist

As a Project Quotations Specialist based in Mississauga, you'll be responsible for efficiently quoting new jobs that are out for tender. This will involve determining whether requested specifications are achievable and align with the requirements of our customers and Westburne.



You'll report to the GTA Quotations Manager and support the quotations and project management teams.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as a liaison with vendors, contractors, and internal staff
  • Obtain RFQs from partners and coordinate the layout of specifications, including electrical takeoffs from single line diagrams and assembling lighting and distribution information packages
  • Negotiate with key suppliers to obtain project pricing
  • Be a Brand Ambassador, building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences


Requirements:


  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills
  • Prior quotations experience in a similar industry
