Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at MS Kitchen Cabinets and Renovation Ltd. in a permanent, 30 hours per week position.
Estimated Salary RangeThe estimated annual salary for this role is between $45,000 - $60,000 based on industry standards and comparable positions in the Greater Toronto Area.
Key Responsibilities- Calculate and Prepare Cheques for Payroll: Coordinate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Maintain Financial Records: Utilize manual and computerized bookkeeping systems to establish, maintain, and balance various accounts, including general ledgers and financial statements.
- Post Journal Entries: Accurately post journal entries and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
- Prepare Financial Reports: Develop and prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports as required by management or regulatory bodies.
This role requires basic security clearance to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
