Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Park2Go Calgary Airport Parking. This is a permanent full-time position offering 30-40 hours of work per week.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for various financial tasks, including calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and maintaining general ledgers and financial statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: The Financial Operations Coordinator will be responsible for keeping accurate and up-to-date financial records using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Payroll Processing: They will calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
  • Asset Management: The coordinator will calculate fixed assets and depreciation, ensuring that our company's assets are properly valued and accounted for.
  • Account Reconciliation: They will reconcile accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and prevent any discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English is essential for this role.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position, offering a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
