We are seeking a skilled and reliable Farm Worker to join our team at 2059520 Ontario Limited. As a Farm Worker, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to farm operations, including animal care, equipment maintenance, and crop monitoring.
Key Responsibilities- Feed and tend to animals, ensuring their health and well-being
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, adhering to safety regulations
- Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry, taking prompt action to prevent further issues
- Perform general farm duties, including setting and monitoring water lines, air flow, and temperature in barns, pens, and chicken coops
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required; experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a rural area, with staff accommodation available
- English language proficiency
- 40-60 hours per week, with a permanent work term
