Farm Worker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Farm Worker to join our team at 2059520 Ontario Limited. As a Farm Worker, you will be responsible for feeding and tending to animals, operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment, and performing general farm duties.
Responsibilities- Feed and care for livestock, including swine
- Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery
- Detect and address disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry
- Perform general farm duties, including setting and monitoring water lines, air flow, and temperature in barns, pens, and chicken coops
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices
- Experience in farm work or a related field is an asset
- Ability to work in a rural setting and in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The successful candidate will work in a rural setting, with staff accommodation available. The work schedule will be 40 to 60 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
